A one bedroom apartment is available and awaits your personal touch. The walls were recently painted in a neutral colour (to make it easier to match your furnishings) and new carpeting exists throughout the apartment. Helps keep your feet warm in winter!
Heating is with a new gas furnace. Heat and hydro are extra, but water is included.
An open concept in the living-room and kitchen area makes the room feel spacious. Patio doors lead to a small deck that will accommodate a BBQ and allow you to enjoy the ease of cooking outside during the summer.
Parking is available at the back of the building and is included in the rent (free). Avoid the weather elements if necessary and park at the front door. Space permits this for a small to medium size car.
There is a separate laundry room at the back of the building, which has a coin-operated washer and gas dryer.
The building is a short walk to Prescott Street and the shops there. The new North Grenville Library is just around the corner. Perhaps you need to do research, or use their computers if your internet service is down.
Don’t feel like cooking? Take advantage of the great food at the Branch Restaurant on Clothier Street, a 5 minute walk. Check out their “Rubber Boots Buffet” on Sundays. It is an open mic so if you have musical talents, here is an opportunity to contribute.
Moving to Kemptville to attend Kemptville College? It is about a 20 minute walk or 6-7 minute drive.
